SDS is excited to announce that performance teams are going to be added this year!!! 

There will be 4 performance teams:

Mini Dance Team (ages 8-9)

Jr. Dance Team (ages 10-12)

Sr. Dance Company (ages 13+)

Tap Dance Team (ages 15+)

Students are placed in specified teams by age, technique and years of experience.

Registration for these teams open up Tuesday, July 8th, along with all of our other classes. Sign up for any of the teams that you think fits your student’s age and level. On August 4th we will be holding Placement Auditions for the dance teams to ensure that all students are placed in the team that is best for their abilities. The Placement Audition is MANDATORY to be on a team. If your student cannot make it, please reach out to us to figure out another audition time. 

 

Audition times:

-Mini Team: 2:00-3:00pm

-Jr. Team: 1:00-2:00pm

-Sr. Team: 2:00-3:30pm

-Tap team: 1:00-1:30pm

Teams will get the opportunity to do extra performances and a competition in the spring! There will be extra rehearsals, a photoshoot, team outfits, and more! Join SDS dance teams for some amazing opportunities!
